Simojas, with all due respect, the theme is not to blame. It works for thousands of websites… It works for me. There’s an issue on your end.
Perhaps if you request assistance in a friendly and respectful fashion, you’ll have a bigger chance of getting support from the community.
1. Try to install the Theme via ftp: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
2. After install you should check your system status parameters: http://screencast.com/t/bpnfaltKJ and try to get them all green by following this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
First you need to correctly configure WordPress, set the correct read permissions on the folder: http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-fix-file-and-folder-permissions-error-in-wordpress/
And only then try to install the Theme.

Depending on the host they can be set from php.ini or .htaccess
Also keep in mind:
Before trying any of those check the host documentation to see what’s the recommended method. The location of the php.ini may also differ from one server to the other, usually it’s located in the wordpress root, but on some servers it may be found in another location, you have to check the host documentation for more precise details.
You’d better contact your hosting provider to clarify these terms.

max_execution_time 30 – the execution time should be bigger than 60 if you plan to use the demos. To see how you can change this please check our guide here.
max_input_vars 1000 – the max_input_vars should be bigger than 2000, otherwise it can cause incomplete saves in the menu panel in WordPress. To see how you can change this please check our guide here.
can anyone help
Hi,
Let’s try to take things one at a time. Please state the current issues you are having with the theme and we will try to help you. As long as the theme requirements are met there should be no problems, as mentioned above.
It would be recommended to check hosting documentation or better consulting with them, in order to make effective modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide.
If those are not set properly most likely there will be problems with the theme and plugins.
If you cannot use the theme or you are not satisfied with it, you can request a refund and we will approve it.
Thank you!
