First of all,I have the lastest theme and plugin version already.
My problem is on Tagdiv Social Counter,the number of Google Plus and Instagram is not update!!
But facebook and Twitter is OK it’s always update.
How can i fix this problem.

Please make sure you have version 4.1 of the plugin first. Then make sure you use this guide to enter the correct id’s: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Then make sure you clear your cache and allow it a bit of time to update as it;s not a live count and is affected by cache.
Also make sure your social network pages are public so the counter can access them.

Hi,
You do not see any update message as it;s a custom plugin. You need to update it manually. Please download the latest version of the theme from envato, then remove your social counter and delete files from the wp plugins section and then click the add new plugin button and select the social counter from the main theme package you downloaded.

Thanks. Just did that and now I’m getting this error showing on my homepage:

Hi,
Please try to do a clean install of the theme. Download the latest theme version form envato and follow this guide to install it via ftp: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Then please disable and delete files for your version of the social counter and install it from here afterwards: http://screencast.com/t/epBpvqGTev
If you satill have trouble with it, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it as plugin conflicts can also affect the counter.
