I recommend you to do a new clean install from scratch via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Then, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme with the latest version of required plugins (Visual Composer 4.12.1 and Social Counter 4.1). Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.

I also have the same issue on my website http://www.indabaa.com, when try to post an article. Neither save draft nor publish button works. Tried installing latest version of theme and also deactivated all the plugins but still it doesn’t work.

Yes tried all of the above and the error also happens on other themes. It only seems to happen with pages that use Visual Composer

It is very likely to be an issue related with the wp-install. Try to re-save the permalinks, and also try to use the default setting for them: http://screencast.com/t/AiL3qxkM clear all caches then test the site again. You can also try to regenerate the .htaccess file as it may also be a problem related to the permissions that the user have: https://codex.wordpress.org/htaccess
