open gallery instead of link to document

We have a download image for pdf documents on the page.
But instead of opening the download link, it tries to open the image gallery of the page. how can i solve that?

You can see the problem on this page

image “Descargar” should lead to the download link of the pdf document

“https://www.prensacooperativa.com/pdf/cop600.pdf”

Please provide another link where this option is set.
Also, please note is possible to have a plugin conflict, so please check.
