please advise an optimal size for post associated photo.
Is there other recommendations on reasonable picture sizes used in posts?

Hello Serd,

Please check this section here -> http://screencast.com/t/p0wVxyhO4UW from your Theme panel because there you will found the sizes for our thumbs which are used in our theme. Also, please notice that if you want to bring best results in our theme you should use HD images because the theme will cut depending on your thumb used.
