I have a strange issue. When a user subscribes to a plan (managed by optin builder) he is added to users list in wp admin but not added to the leads list on optin builder..
Do you know what could be the reason for that .. ?
It used to work perfectly but for a reason I don’t know it doesn’t work anymore.

Please check if the list is still set in Opt-in Builder > Subscription > edit the plan and check if the email list is set – https://i.imgur.com/BbarGzU.png. Thank you. Yes I have checked: I have created an email list and linked it to a plan (subscription/plan, I have added the email list).
All the subscription process works fine but the only issue is that despite the fact that I set the email list and linked it to a plan, if a user subscribes to a plan, he is not added to the email list in optin builder.
Any idea what could be the issue?
