Overload server when trying to edit/create a post

Hi,

I’m having problems with your theme. I’ve been using it for more than one year in my site without any issues, but with the last update the site start to overload my server sometimes when I’m trying to edit or create a post (every 3 times of 5 more or less).
I thought that maybe was one of the plugins that I’ve using in the editor, like TinyMCE Advanced, but even deactivating all plugins, sometimes the editor still overload my server. I’ve also disable the minify on Cloudflare and W3 Total Cache, thinking that maybe there was a script failing, and it’s get a little bit better, but still overloading sometimes)

It is very annoying by the way. Can you help me to fix it? If you’ve already identified it and it’s going to be fixed on the next update, please tell me when do you expect to have it ready.

Thanks,
Regards.

Hi,

You could contact the hosting provider, have them check the logs. They might be able to identify what exactly is causing the overloading issue. The theme would function properly if the requirements are met

Also try to use the latest theme version and WordPress version.

Thanks

Hi,
We already spoke with our hosting provider and there is nothing on the log about. It happens also with another web in another hosting provider with the same theme. Maybe some change in the last version that may have conflicts with some cache/scripts/security?

Thanks

Hi,

We did not receive any other similar reports from theme users after the latest update. The last update was not major, the post sharing socials received some modifications and there were some various fixes made. So there would be no reason to cause the issues you are mentioning.

Try again to deactivate all plugins, leave only theme plugins active. Remove custom codes or theme modifications. Switch to the main theme if you use a child theme. Make sure there are sufficient resources as mentioned in the guide. Clear all caching and purge CDN cache as well. Monitor and see if there is any change. Hopefully you can identify what exactly is causing the problem.

Thanks
