Setting up a site and using the mobile plugin. When I go to a page that has content such as events (using event calendar pro) or even a basic contact page, it appears blank only when the mobile plugin is enabled.

I guess you do not exactly understand how the mobile plug-in works. Notice that if your pages were made with Visual Composer or TD Composer, the mobile theme will not recognize the shortcodes from these builders and that’s why you will not bring any results in this regard, sorry!
