Hi, I hope this message finds you well. I contacted you because I am having trouble while doing page customization. When I try to customize the page and hit save button to save the changes, it stuck in the loading loop and didn’t save any changes. Attached link of the screenshot is the error arises on the network monitor captured by google chrome.

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
