Page not completely rendering after migrating to live-enviroment

Hey TagDiv Team,

after moving to the live server the page is not showing/rendering properly and I just get a white page.

I imported the sql-dump and changed the URLs accordingly. Also a search&replace in the database was done.
Now when trying to edit any page in the TagDiv Composer I get

Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

All checks in the Newspaper system status are green.

When enabling the WordPress Debug the site ends with

<br/>
<b>Fatal error</b>
: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 13028048 bytes) in
<b>/kunden/459289_76297/webseiten/www.leichttransporter.de/wp-includes/wp-db.php</b>
on line
<b>2033</b>
<br/>

Got any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Chris

Hello !

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

Let us know the results.

Thank you !

Hello Vlad,

I would like to send you some Screenshots, so you can better evaluate the situation. The only plugins installed are Newspaper and the TagDiv Plugins. The requirements of TagDiv are all fulfilled.

Theme version 10.3.7
WP 5.5.3
PHP 7.3.23
Memory Limit 256M
no SUHOSIN installed
max_input_vars = 5000
max_execution_time = 60
post_max_size = 75M
upload_max_filesize = 50M

When trying to edit in TagDiv Editor I always get a red warning:

“Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). the model does not match the content. Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z/CTRL+SHIFT+Z).

In the frontend I only get a white screen, rendering of the page breaks with following error message in the source code:

<b>Fatal error</b>: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 11331576 bytes) in <b>/kunden/459289_76297/webseiten/www.leichttransporter.de/wp-includes/wp-db.php</b> on line <b>1999</b><br />

I hope u can urgently fix this, because my client get’s pretty mad right now.

Best regards

Chris

Hallo Vald,

another day went by without any useful helps from TagDiv. For this project with 60 static pages, only relying on TagDiv Newspaper as a plugin (no other plugins installed) the wp_postmeta is swollen to 412,7 MB – do you have any clue about this?
