Hello,
I have just install tagdiv newspaper(V10.3.2) theme to my site.everything working good but for google page speed i am not getting expected result.
I am follow these article but still not getting expected google page speed.
Google PageSpeed score
-Mobile: 9
-Desktop: 35

I have the same problem, the desktop speed is acceptable but the mobile version is really slow.
