I have tried modifying the options in Template Settings (attached photo Template) but I see that the bar does not load with the Widget.

You use a cloud template and you should add the sidebar from tagdiv Composer.
1. Add 1 row
2. Split into 2 columns( 2/3 + 1/3 )
3. You can add whatever you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.

If the page is made by Composer, the you have no possibility to add a sidebar other than Composer.

From that screenshot I see that you are using “Charly” as the sidebar on that page. Go to Appearance -> Widgets and make sure that you are placing your ad block into that sidebar.
