My homepage doesn’t work properly. The page is blank and if I access to the tagdiv composer is already blank! How can I resolve this problem?
Now I receive this message: “Error at rows: 2(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”

Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
If the problem persist, please provide some more details, some screenshots and a link to your website.

All requirements are ok.
Disabled all plugins except tagDiv.
I tried to install another footer from Cloud Template but got same error.
what else i can try?

If you want to edit the footer cloud template, then you’ll need to edit it from a page, for example, you can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole web-page from fronted).
If this is not what you mean, please provide some more details.

Ok.
But after edit the footer from cloud template and get the error one time i culdnt edit the footer even from a page. I had to delete all footers (from trash too) and import it again from site manager and then i was able to edit footer from a page. Before that i tried to import footer from cloud template (not site manager) and got the same error. But now it is working. Thank you.
