Paid Subscription for posting articles

Hi,
I would like to have a subscription feature to charge authors to post articles. I see that the Subscription Plan feature is for users to have access to read articles, but what about to post articles and charge for it? Is this possible?
Any idea on how to do this? I see that something is near by on Cali Sight.
