Hi there,
If you browse to : https://flashover.au/join-the-team/
Desktop: Shows password entry box
Mobile: Does not.
How can I resolve this?
Hi,
For the mobile theme, you need to set the content in the mobile editor; if you don’t set it, this will not be displayed.
You can disable the mobile theme for this page -> https://i.imgur.com/Hd0iS9o.png.
Thank you!
@Anamaria – I am having this same issue. A password-protected page works on mobile as a Post. But if I put the same information in a Page and password protect it. The page loads blank.
You said for this to work ‘you need to set the content in mobile theme editor’ – I have a page cloud template set and a mobile version as well for the page templates.
Here are links to examples

I have the AMP Plugin activated because when I disabled it, I got this message:
‘The tagDiv Mobile Theme now works best with the AMP plugin to provide a complete solution for your content on mobiles.’
I thought I needed to run this as well. But I have disabled it and cleared my caches at our CDN, purged cache on the server, and on my browsers. But that did not fix the issue. The password protection works on POSTS but not on PAGES (on mobile). Would the AMP differ between the two types of content to allow it to work on POSTS and not PAGES?
Hi,
This “‘The tagDiv Mobile Theme now works best with the AMP plugin to provide a complete solution for your content on mobiles.’” is just a message, not an error, also is possible that using amp plugin to this to not work with the password box.
Also, if you want to use the amp, you can use the tagDiv mobile theme only for amp – https://i.imgur.com/eXaQ0Nq.png – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Also can you please let m know the plugin you are using for Password protect?
Thank you!
I did disable the AMP plug-in, and I am now only using the Tagdiv AMP Plugin.
There is no additional plug-in for the password protection; it’s a native feature in WordPress.
Hi,
I just rechecked and the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin is still enabled (you should use the responsive version not the plugin), please disable this plugin – https://i.imgur.com/cvDpoin.png should be like this – https://i.imgur.com/W7FzJSD.png
Thank you!
I appreciate your help. I have made those changes, and it appears all is well!
