I am completely new to your Opt-In Builder and wonder how yearly/monthly subscriptions with Paypal work.
Is it that Paypal handles that, so that you pay for a subscription there and Paypal automatically charges the amount each following month/year?
Or is this handled by your Opt-In Builder and then charged from there with Paypal each time?
How is cancellation working then?

this did not answer my question.
I did setup the Paypal sandbox, it is working.
But when I do a cancellation I receive a message from your Opt-In Builder, but cannot see in Paypal that this subscription was cancelled.
So my question again: Is the Opt-In Builder charging Paypal every month/year and just stops charging Paypal when the subscription is cancelled?

No. There is no recurring payment in Paypal. When a subscription expires, the user has to manually make the payment to activate it again.
