Is there a manual in PDF format that I could download? I found the documentation links but I’d prefer to have a single PDF that I could print out and highlight while I’m learning.

You can do yourself pdf file of pages of documentation (https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-documentation/) using various services from google: site to pdf.
