Hi,
I changed my permalink to plain which I can see the post ID. but when I copy url and post in Facebook it shows “Page Not Found”.
There is a Developer Facebook link which I past my url to their search box, it show me like in the attachment.
I don’t know how to fix it.

I’ve tried to clean up cache and follow your guide but still the same. Some post can share on Facebook; appear text and photo but most of latest posts show “Page Not Found”. I uninstalled WP Super cache and reinstalled and clear cache again. I clean all cookies and cache on my browsers. It still the same.
What can I do now?
