1) Moreover, I can access cloud library. It shows loading templates…Though theme is registered I can’t see domain under my license tab in theme->panel

Okay, but please do check today only, if possible as my developer, host everyone is waiting for you guys.
Hosting developers has checked everything from their end and it seems that theme is blocking our IP address.
Because of that IP block, we are unable to register the license of the theme, access cloud templates and many more.
So please check and do the needful. Waiting for you reply.

Yes, we understand the problem, but for the moment yesterday when we checked the website we didn’t find anything wrong with our theme, so today we’ll check with FTP and as I said, we will try to fix it.

Have you checked IP address blocking issue? You can files via file manager plugin installed in wp-admin just activate it and go ahead.
If I’m right the problem has been resolved!
Theme license issue is fixed but I am still getting this error in error log
