I’ve changed both items in php.ini, but I keep getting these warnings

Hello !

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Please try changing them in .htacces too.

Sorry, but I’ve tried both solutions with no luck.
The warning remains the same.
