Theme is currently showing a limit of 40mb by default I have made adjustments via php.ini and wp-settings as well and no effect see screenshot https://prnt.sc/109owst ini config in cpanel: https://prnt.sc/109ourg theme for some reason is not registering these changes as I also have a caching plugin installed and that doesn’t update either. I have been trying to install a template and I believe I’m unable due to the mem limit. Thank you.

Please make sure the system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) => https://www.screencast.com/t/88pK5QXpC, clear all the caches and check the results.

strange how this theme doesn’t config to a standard .ini put this is resolved. I thought this would resolve theme template import but its not https://prnt.sc/10am1rw will ‘prebuilt websites’ install without theme activation? Tried activating theme replied to other ticket relating to theme activation issue.
Our hosting resources are only at 2% usage on our vm so this has nothing to do with our hosting.
