Easy on home page or side bar. I create category called ‘Featured’ then basically setup a block to pull item(s) from that category.
(I don’t work here.)

Hi,
You can pin posts by writing their ID here: https://prnt.sc/T8nYbP9csdZJ So, always display the same post.
Also, you can use the feature offset: https://forum.tagdiv.com/offset-feature/
Unfortunately, you cannot display only the first post “pinned” and the rest in the same element.
