Playlist video

Hi,

I would like to understand better how cache refresh works. Sometimes it doesn’t let me out of the playlist and when I change the time then they come out or, on the contrary, videos don’t come out anyway. On my site yesterday the videos did not come out but then later, without any changes, this morning they were published.

If you are using a playlist video, please check our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/video-playlist-2/ also make sure that the youtube api is set in theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/

Hi,

I have followed all the steps more than once. In fact, the only problem is the cache: sometimes I select 3 hours and it works correctly but then the next day there is an error that the playlists do not exist, then I try to select 9 hours and everything works normally.

Then sometimes everything is visible on my PC correctly but not on my colleague’s PC. How can I fix this? What could be causing the problem?

Hi, it can be from the cache plugin, what cache plugin are you using? we recommend this one -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also if you want we can take a look, just make a full backup and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login and cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
