please help! New to tagDiv and newsmag theme – preview theme shows up Blank

Hi everyone, I’m new to this forum and downloaded the newsMag theme yesterday.
My current site is on wordpress 4.1.1, and I think newsMag successfully installed.
When I go to ‘live preview’ newsMag – theme doesn’t load and shows up as white blank screen.

Anyone have a solution or experienced the same thing?

The current theme my site is on is hueman (with child theme). http://www.goproace.com

I have disabled all plugins except the ones recommended for hueman theme.

If you have 1.7 note it has some major bugs…

ask support for v 1.6 which DOES work … support@tagdiv.com

theme is optimized for WordPress 4.2x due to some notable minor changes in WordPress 4.2 which are all for the good, but did break a couple of older plugins.

Worth updating to 4.2 but then roll back if you have problems with current theme FIRST, before switching.

Cool the theme is working now! (RESOLVED)
What I did was followed the documentation for Update Theme Automatically (option C) https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/

Then, input the API key for the Envato tool kit. I attempted to load the Live Preview once more, and it worked. Minutes ago, I activated the theme – everything seems to be appearing as expected.
