I can’t install the tagDiv plugins. It says that the plugin installing has failed. When I try to install them manually I get the message “Download failed. Forbidden”. I also can’t also see the “activate license” page. I only see three pages when I click Newspaper on WordPress: Welcome, Plugins and Support.

Usually, this problem can be if there is enabled a restriction from the host, or if there is a custom code set in htaccess.
Also, you need to be sure that the theme requirements are set at least as in our guide, if you already have 256MB for the wp-memory limit, please double it.

Please make sure that all theme requirements were set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ you can try to double the wp memory limit, and please make sure you do not have a plugin conflict.
