Plugins not working

Hey,

The plugins on my site aren’t loading their menus. This is in the wordpress admin menus. I’ve tried deactivating each plugin to determine if one of them is bad, but none of them are causing the issue to be fixed.

Here’s a screenshot:

As you’ll see I can’t open any of the menu options or edit anything I’ve already done in it. I can’t delete this plugin as lots of blogs on my site have used it. There’s some very valuable information in these tables and I can’t lose that.

How can you help me with this issue?

Harry

Update:

My mobile theme is now not displaying properly and I can’t even load the theme panel to edit my site.

What’s going on with this update?

Hi,

Please notice that we can not offer support for the plugins that were not tested with our theme -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/

The list of all tested plugins can be found in here: https://www.screencast.com/t/NNVYRGioUNs1

Also please provide me a link where I can check your mobile version, maybe you’re using the mobile theme plugin, this will change the mobile layout and for pages you’ll need to create a new content.

Thank you!

Ok thanks for your response Calin, I appreciate it. However if you read above I went on to explain how the editor is not working now and I can’t change a single thing on my site.

I won’t be able to know whether mobile is checked or unchecked, because this update has broken my backend entirely.
