I have a really hard time working with Tag Div. It has completely changed my header customization without me having done anything. Additionally, the the crl shift or “undo” button is not working!!!!
The plugin is slow to work with and it is hard to find the theme’s panel options.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I have spent over two weeks to try doing the basic stuff and plus I have to wait for a day to have a reply from the customer support for basic questions. My time is valuable and you should value and respect your clients!!
I do not even understand why would you put through this your clients. So please tackle this problem wth your Tag Div plugin, as it is underperforming!!! And PLEASE be present in you so called customer support.

Usually there should be no problems with our theme to change the templates without making any changes from theme panel or pages/templates or change the demo you have installed.
We try to answer to as many questions and problem we can in support hours, we are sorry that most of the time we can provide one or maybe two reply for the same user, sorry!

As for the website custimization, if you are using a standard demo then you can use the options from theme panned to add/remove elements from your website. If you are using a pro demo you need to use tagDiv Composer to can edit the cloud templates.

Hi Calin,
please look at this issue. I have installed woocommerce and some pages were added by default. The problem is that when I edit those pages with TD Composer, the shortcode of woocommerce is dissapearing, liaving the page as you see in the end of the video:

As far as I know woocommerce is compatible with this theme. How do I best work in this situation? There will be times that I will have to maybe change some things on the theme’s appearance, and it would be a lot of trouble if a whole product page would just vanish, because of it.

Moreover, the look of the paages are very weak. Other themes I have worked with that clamed having woocommerce with the installation, are haveng an appropriate design that matches the themes design.

Please note that in order to properly run Woocommerce with Newspaper Theme we recommend using woocommerce shortcode as you can see here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/ At the moment there is no option in editing custom post types like Cart Page or other woocommerce pages. We believe this should be available from Newspaper 11.

Woocommenrce is part of the project, and I got the theme with the notion that your theme is compatible with woocommerce, as you also state so.

We have not tested elementor with tagDiv Composer, you will have to test and see. At the moment we do not have an ETA with Newspaper 11, most likely next year. You can simply set multiple headers and footers using website manager: https://www.screencast.com/t/sBz4hDcAgm6w please make sure that you have more than 1 template for header and footer.

Actually, I request a refund. I can not work on my project with this theme, unfortunately.
You should be clear with people about what you offer and avoid including services that you have not tested, your theme is not working with.
Moreover, regarding the header, I doubt you answered what I asked you. What you suggest is to create a header that is global. What I asked you is to have a different header and footer for specific pages, not all of them. Thank you for your time and look forward to hearing from you.
