We are still investigating this issue as the post count from the last day isn’t updating after post view so that is the cause of the last 7 days sorting not working.
We are working on this to make it work using ajax like we did for the views count.
Sorry fro the inconvenience, until we can we fix this I suggest you to use the filter by tag feature.

The 7 days should work as expected if you enabled it from the theme panel. But please know that it pulls from ALL the posts the most accessed in the last 7 days NOT the posts that are published in the last 7 days. We will try to improve the documentation to better illustrate this.

Radu I already know how to enabled it and wich are the posts chosed by the system, simply because I did it some months ago and it work fine for a long time.
This problem It appeared in the last few days without any changes in settings, maybe after install the latest version of your theme.
Any ideas?

Please note that we haven’t made any changes to this feature in the last updates. This can also be caused by the latest WordPress update or in use with other plugins but we haven’t tested it during the latest WordPress update so I can’t provide an accurate answer to this.
We will carefully investigate this and if we find anything wrong with this we will fix it as soon as possible.

HI guys, many months are passed and this problem still not solved.
I check the custom field on the articles and the fields post_views_7days_count_7_day_total and post_view_7days_last_day are disappeared!!!!!

Hi,
Check if the post views are enabled in theme panel, on our latest version we changed it’s functionality, if you disable the post views it will also disable the counting for the normal views and for 7 days post view count.
If you use cache the counter doesn’t update, only the default views update via js, we plan to modify the system in a future update, sorry for the inconvenience.
