The 7 day popular section is not working. What could be the reason. I have W3TC and I understand it’ll be an approximation but my articles haven’t changed AT ALL. Weird?

Please ensure that you have correctly followed all the steps which you are needed to take in this regard in order to achieve best results, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/7-days-post-sorting/ Also, as you can see in documentation, please ensure that you have enabled the post view count and the 7 days post sorting from the panel.
Please notice that the W3TC plugin is not tested with our theme and we cannot say for sure that this type of caching plugin will work as properly for you in our theme. Please try to use only the plugins which are tested with our theme for good results.
