Post appearance – how to disable follow up content?

Hello,

I am building newsportal with your theme and I have a question regarding appearance of the post.
This is the page: https://www.modre-novice-izdelava.si.ir-image.si/

I have customised single post template to show elements that I would like to show on front end when you click on one of the news. How can I make only one news visible so that it doesn’t show all the other posts below when you are scrolling down?

Just to be clear: I am not talking about related articles. I am talking about other posts that appear when you scroll down to the bottom of the post you are reading. I would like to disable infinite post scrolling.
