1. What is the font # of px for the default size in Post Content. 5px, 6px or ???? I would like to reduce the text size in my Posts e.g.. What size (px) is this?
2. Is it possible to set the size of the images in these category posts to be all the same size? same e.g. as above.
You can easily see that using F12/developer mode in Chrome web browser.
I think it’s 14px for the post content, possibly 15px. Also found in the styles.css file.

That depends on the image you use as featured image for the respective posts. The module you are using now has this thumbnail size – https://www.screencast.com/t/C5iac8oY
There is no height property so it all depends on the images that you use for the posts. If they are of the same size, then they will be displayed the same. Or you could change the module to a different one that uses fixed thumbnail size for the featured image.

Each module uses a different thumb, this can be seen here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
You can change the module for each category in the per category settings, and choose a module from that list that has a fixed width and height for the thumb, so all the images will be of the same size
