When a post is shared on social media (tested on Facebook & Twitter), no image is included. Yoast SEO is installed and does not correct the problem. I checked plugin compatibility, that is not the issue.

In order to display the featured image on socials, you need to make sure that your you have set at list og:image and og:url, also there are more og elements (og:url, og:type, og:title, og:image, og:description, fb:app_id). You can check these elements using an online tool -> https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
Normal, if you set the theme as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/ it should work correctly.

Thanks for the link to the FB tool. Everything was set up correctly, it turns out I needed to update the website permalinks. I’m not sure how or why that became an issue, but I’m happy everything is now working.
