Hello Tagdiv Representative:
First of all, we really appreciate your theme! Secondly, we are in need of step-by-step technical assistance with the following:
1. For each category and sub-category page, we need all posts to be listed vertically, with the most recent post being listed first, and with pagination after.
Currently, posts at the top of the page are listed in a cluster of 5 squares and if we only have one post, the rest of the 4 squares are gray.
We need our posts to be listed vertically with pagination with the most recent first, just like the example in your showcase of Manchester United.
2. How to change the footer background image of the bridge?
3. How to make the ads rotate if we have multiple advertisers? Do they currently rotate? If not, which specific plug-in do you recommend to use for the ads to rotate?
4. On the laptop, the website is not full width. How can the website be changed to full width?
Hello @Lane18 !
1. For this you can use the flex block element with some filters which is suitable for your needs: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ or posts loop element. Both of them have the pagination feature. If you have an example please provide the link, let me know about which demo you use or your website link in order to help you efficiently. A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this: Download, capture, send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html. After making the screenshot, you will have a link, paste it here.
2. If you have a cloud/PRO template, but you can’t edit the footer, then edit your homepage with the TagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on footer zone and you can edit/delete the elements there.
Select the row from footer and in the CSS tab you’ll find the background: https://i.imgur.com/Yq06HV5.png
3. If you need random ads, then you can use auto ads and you should place the code in the Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes. For reference, check this article: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9261805?hl=en&ref_topic=9261304
4.If you want to have the fullwidth row, then you can use the stretch row like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/bsbB5P97A
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello Bettina:
I hope that your New Year is off to a great start. Thank you for your previous responses, but I do still have the following questions:
1. I do not want to use a mobile theme, but keep the desktop theme across all devices. However, on cell phones, the header is not displaying as it does on the desktop and tablets. For example, the header ad that is created through the theme panel does not show on cell phones. Also, the background of the header on the desktop is white, but on the cell phones is black.
2. Secondly, can non-google adsense ads rotate? For example, if we have 10 clients that are interested in placing an ad on our homepage, instead of having to place 10 ads on the homepage, how can the ads rotate in a single ad block? Also, how can each client receive statistics on their ad views, such as the number of times the ad was clicked, etc.?
Thank you so much for your help with these matters.
Hi Lane18,
1. The mobile theme plugin is just an alternative to make the mobile version faster, you can also use the responsive version or the mobile page, both of theme can be edited with tagDiv Composer. Now the header ad and the background header are different because the mobile header is not the same as the one from desktop, but you can edit it by selecting the view port -> https://i.imgur.com/fjRJrRe.png also you need to add an ad box in mobile menu zone.
Thank you!
Hello Calin:
Happy New Year! Thank you so much for your response. I appreciate the information about the mobile page. Can you please also provide information for my second point, which was the following:

Hi,
Unfortunately, our theme do not have an option for receive statistics and use ads rotate, for this you’ll need to use some extra plugins, maybe something like this:
AdRotate – Ad manager & AdSense Ads get the shortcode and set it in ad box -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
How to Track Link Clicks and Button Clicks in WordPress (Easy Way)
