My first issue is my posts repeat themselves in each category even though they are only designated as “News” and “Featured”. I’m sure this is a simple issue. Could someone help me see what I’m overlooking?
The second issue is with the social media widget appearing underneath a category on the right sidebar. How would I move the social media widget to the top?

The posts appear multiple times on your homepage because you have the same filtering on them. Please try to change the categories or apply an offset to your blocks: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
As for the social icons, they cannot be moved above the big grid as the sidebar only begins below it. The big grid will not display well on a single column.
