Hello,
When ever I try to install a new pre-designed template, it will just say “installing… please wait” literally forever. I left my laptop overnight, hoping that at some point I’d wake up to some form of progress, but it remained without even a percent of progress the entire night.
Everything else seems to be working perfectly fine and fast, except the install.
What could be the issue and how do I fix it?

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hi Vlad,
So I realized that importing only does not work on the Homepage. When I create a new page, the import works perfectly fine. It is strange, however, because I have been importing for a few days now with no issue. But today, it is stuck on “installing…” only on the Homepage.
