Whenever I open tagDiv Cloud on a page, I get this error “Received a response code != 200 while trying to contact the templates API server.”

Please make sure that all theme requirements are set like in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also make sure that the theme is activated and you use an SSL plugin for https.
If there is still a problem, please let me know, also provide some screenshots and some more details.

That’s strange! Please make a full backup to all files and the database and send us via email at contact@tagdiv.com to investigate the problem. Provide wp-admin link and credentials, also include in the email the link of this topic to can identify the problem.
