Prebuilt Websites

Hello, I recently installed a new theme using the “Prebuilt Websites” option, and it seems that all my previous settings and content have been removed. Is there any way to recover or restore them? Also, is it normal for everything to be erased when applying a prebuilt website? I would really appreciate your help.

Hi,

You can recover your old settings only if you have a backup before the installation of the new pre-built website. Also, in our guide/documentation we mentioned that installing a pre-built website you should not edit the content coming with demo – https://i.imgur.com/TfclLzJ.png – https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
