When I’ve created a new empty page and tried to import pre-made page template – it’s not possible to insert Template.

When I click on “Import template” – main window doesn’t close, no errors were presented.
When I close selected window – message “Are you sure to import….” demonstrated only 1 sec and closed.
No more errors – what am I doing wrong? Please explain.

Do you maybe have another page builder activated? like WPBakery page builder for instance. This seems like a plugin conflict and we have seen such issues before when other page builders were active on the website. Please try to deactivate your non tagDiv plugins briefly to see if the issue is caused by a plugin and if it’s gone then you need to find the culprit.

You were right.
From the start I’ve got on empty page: Tagdiv composer, Gutenberg editor, WPBakery Page Builder
I’ve disabled WPBakery Page Builder
After that, and page refresh, I can see only Tagdiv composer
Pre-made template was installed without problem
BUT the question: what should I do with WPBakery?
Activate it again to operate site properly or may I stay WPBakery disabled?

The WPBakery plugin is an older page builder, and we have our page builder, tagDiv Composer.

So, you can start to create the pages with the tagDiv Composer.

You do not need WPbackery if you haven’t used it to create pages and posts, or elements.
So, please make sure, because a page that is created with wp bakery cannot be edited with tagDiv Composer.
