Hi,
I believe the hosting provider should be able to provide assistance with this, could be a firewall setting or server configuration issue.
You can also install the theme plugins manually, they are provided in the full theme package, plugins folder – https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/
This should work fine, but I still think this issue should be mentioned to the hosting provider.
