Hi,
Please try to deactivate all plugins excpt visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
If you use the wordfence plugin, please set it to learning mode as it will block the theme panel settings as this topic suggests: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-save-theme-settings/
Make sure you clear cache afterwards.
Let us know how it goes
Thank you!

Hello ihora,
Please ensure that your parameters (system status) are increased to be higher, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all your caches and test it again.
If you problem is still there afterwards, please provide an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect your setup page and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. Also, please provide the link of this topic so we can identify you.
Thaks for your understanding!
Hello ihora,
Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Please notice that if you are using some untested plugins which could interfere with the theme and also could cause a lot of unknown issues, like this. Also, please ensure that you have fully updated your theme only via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. So, if your problem is still there, please provide an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect your setup page and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. Also, please provide the link of this topic so we can identify you.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your message!
