Hello,

I have two questions :

1/ When I try to customize the predefined blocks via ‘css onglet’ of tagDiv (changing background-color,padding…), the page isn’t anymore accessible. I get the error “[Error at rows: ..(models) ..(dom).” even if the page containts just one block. How can I solve this issue plz?

2/ In such situations, the contain of page isn’t accessible anymore by using tagdiv or at via the dashboard. So, every time I have to rebuild the page from the beginning. so how i can recover it?

Thanks!

Hi,

We are sorry if you are facing this issue. Please make sure that you have correctly updated the theme and the plugins which come bundled with the theme core files. In most cases, that problem happened due to the following cases from this guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
For your second request, please note that WordPress keep all of your old modification into Revisions, like this -> http://prntscr.com/oadfq4 (Gutenberg) -> https://www.screencast.com/t/8e1sRL9X (Classic Editor) which allows you to roll back to an old version of your page/post. If you need more assistance in this case and if the problem persists, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can take a closer look at your setup page. Also, provide there the link of this topic so we can quickly identify you.

Thank you!
