I’m trying to save the YouTube API key under Theme Panel/Social Networks. It does not save. I have contacted my hosting company about this and the only possibility they can speculate on is that I have a security firewall up on the site. Can this be the problem, and if so, is there a workaround, like a whitelist of YouTube’s IP? How would I get the YouTube IP? I am using the template “Block 112-Romania News PRO” thank you for your attention to this matter.

Unfortunately, I do not know to be a white list for this, the only way to know that is from firewall is to deactivate it, clear all cache and cdn (if you are using) and check again.
First please make sure that you are using the last version of Newspaper theme, v10.3.2 also make sure that all theme requirements are set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
After you’ve done all these try to set a new YouTube api key using our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/
If there is still a problem, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
