Hi
Please check your permission on the folder/wp-content/uploads . Also you can check from media library and try to upload an image, if it works that means that the permission are correct.

On some servers you have to set it to 777, at least temporarily.

From the cryptic error message that my code generated it looks like your server could not retrieve our demo image due to a 404 not found error. If you want I can check this out if you provide us with wp-admin access via email: contact@tagdiv.com (please paste a link to this forum thread in the email). This error is very strange and we did not encountered it before.
The problem is solved with the new template update.(version 6.3.1)

I have no idea if this thread is open.
I have the same issue. i putt the entire installation on 777 for the time being but its not working.
the part that i don’t understand is, that when i remove the installation entirely. that sometimes it does work on a fresh install.
I really hope somebody from Tagdiv could help me

Hi,
I believe it happens due to your server configuration which is not responding, it could be due to a delay or it could also be a temporary issues so you can try this a few times and if you still get this error please contact your host provider and let him know about this, ask them to unblock our demo in order to retrieve the theme data. It could also happen due to your wp install or other plugins might also cause this so you could also test this on a fresh wp install and let us know if you still get the same result.

Please use the advice above and change permissions to your upload folder (set them to 777). Also contact your hosting provider to see if you have any restrictions to your upload folder.
Please also update to the latest version of the theme.

If everything is ok, then please try to do a fresh install of your theme via FTP: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ maybe files got corrupted when installing. From time to time every piece of software can get installed incorrectly.
