Hi:
I’m trying to install a Cloud template for the home page with a new theme. It will import up to 80% and then it freezes saying it could not import an image.
I am not able to begin working on the Home page until I have the template installed properly,
Any suggestions would be much appreciated,

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
