Problem with Football Plugin

Hello, i have the Football Leagues by AnWP.pro plugin, but when it generate any custom page, the theme show two error as you can see in .
can you tell me how can i modify the theme or th plugin to eliminate the error.

Hi,

Unfortunately we didn’t tested the Football Leagues by AnWP.pro plugin with our theme, therefore we can not say for sure if this will work correctly with our theme or not, sorry!! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

Also I can not see any problem to your website on that post.
