Please make sure you clear your cache first. For cache we recommend using WP Super Cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Hi Vlad I believe there is a bug. I tried to create a header from a blank page. when I divide the row into 2 and on the left column I insert a logo, the column disappears and I can no longer insert anything. This also happens in the precompiled newspaper headers. I await your reply thanks

The menu seems to be working fine on your website.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I saw that the problem is the CookieBot code, if I remove it it also works with the Header and Footer plugin. But the problem remains of not seeing the logo.
I think I solved the problem with the Cookiebot code, but I can’t see the logo and advertising in the header from the backend

Hi Vlad I discovered the problem on the head when I insert the Divs of the advertisements. I don’t know if I’m wrong, but I insert a div for each device.
I insert the div for pc first, and everything is fine, then when I insert the div for display on smartphone the logo disappears.

Where exactly are you getting the div, Also for ads please note that we have options to insert the ads in Theme panel by going into Theme Panel – Ads.
