I have checked your website I saw that you have a lot of additional customization for this type of header that breaks the layout and cause a bad design. If you want to return to the default settings, you have to clear all your custom CSS code to this section -> http://screencast.com/t/Ca7gkrnyi and also, if you want to have a bigger logo you have to switch your header style to another one that supports it, as example header style 11. Also, please notice that if you want to change the structure of your header style 3 as you wish, involve custom work and we cannot provide this type of service at the moment, sorry!
