Dear Support,

I wanted to adapt the mobile version of my Site so that it looks like the desktop version (like the mobile version looks like in your demo for the wordlnews theme). I copied the shortcode in the mobile editor of my Home site but then this error occured visiting the mobile version:

wp booster error:
td_api_base::mark_used_on_page : a component with the ID: td_remote_cache is not set.

wp booster error:
Missing parameter: ‘file’

What am I doing wrong? (Site: konterrevolution.at)

Thanks and Greeitngs Eric

Hello Eric_Vie,

Unfortunately, please notice that our mobile version (Mobile Theme) has been designed to have a basic structure (Big Grid module+some text which has to be added from Mobile Editor and the Latest Articles at the bottom of the page). Also, the general responsiveness mobile version is activated when the mobile theme is disabled and this type of mobile version will display you all the elements from your desktop version but all of these will be responsive. Please notice that the theme does not have such an option that offers you a way to display exactly the desktop layout to the mobile version, sorry! For more information about our mobile theme concept, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

Thanks for your understanding!
