Problem with mobile theme

Hello! I have a problem, if I turn on the plugin TagDiv mobile theme, then there is an error: “The mobile theme couldn’t be set. Please check if you already have another mobile theme plugin active and disable it (i haven’t). If you use a cache plugin clear it before checking the results” If I turn it off, then I can’t edit the mobile version. Please advise what to do?

Hello,

Please disable all other plugins and activate it without any other plugins and check with jetpack afterwards and disable the jetpack mobile theme.

I done all you said and my mobile theme not work. But it starts work if i switch off plugin TagDiv mobile theme

My mobile website does not work either after update. if I turn off the tagDiv Multi-Purpose plugin, it will work again.

@Daria The mobile theme will not work if the mobile theme plugin is not active. If it is active a different and simpler version of the website will be displayed. You can find out more about how the mobile theme plugin works here

This plugin is not required, you can choose not to activate it.

@baztiano After the latest theme update there seems to be an issue with the mobile theme plugin. We are currently working to solve the problem as soon as possible. Please deactivate the mobile theme plugin for the moment, sorry for the inconvenience.
