Hello,
there is a problem with this menu: https://share.cleanshot.com/7ZpVFKBj.
We haven’t changed anything, we have all left the mobile configuration by default, why is there a 404 error on this?
The website is https://youpi.news
We disabled all the modules for testing and that does not change anything.
We do, I think this code is useless at all in our case:
<!– section menu –>
<div class=”td-mobile-content”>
<ul class=””><li class=”menu-item-first”>Click here – to use the wp menu builder </div>
</div>
could you tell me how to remove it?
or how to make sure that this one does not manage thousands of errors on our site.
thanks for the help
Hello,
To solve you can try to use the suggestion from this guide https://www.semrush.com/blog/broken-link/?kw=&cmp=EE_SRCH_DSA_Blog_EN&label=dsa_pagefeed&Network=g&Device=c&utm_content=622458444867&kwid=dsa-1753200731013&cmpid=18361923498&agpid=140825970905&BU=Core&extid=60162843537&adpos=&gclid=Cj0KCQjw7PCjBhDwARIsANo7CglsySBKUb4lH9Co4eXy6QNnHXHCDKcI1akmoWejgs45Pq-Gssv4gfkaAoZBEALw_wcB

Uh… how can this guide help me, I’ve been doing SEO for 15 years already, this guide doesn’t answer my question. could you explain my problem further? In our case, this menu is useless, how to delete this code from the back office, how to deactivate this option which generates these errors?
Hello @dlicoppe !
Can you please provide the link of the page where the code https://prnt.sc/KiqEmydTEA6R is appearing? I recommend you to try to use the staging plugin, so you won’t ruin your website, check also this article from here and give it a try: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/
Thank you!

I don’t understand your question, there is the code: https://share.cleanshot.com/QGjNMbZQ on each page of the site, in the source code
Hello @dlicoppe !
You did not choose a menu here from Composer: https://prnt.sc/sM6ik-slp5E5
Thank you!
Hello @dlicoppe !
Access the homepage in every language; edit it with the TagDiv Composer so you can have access to the header. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements.
Thank you!
ok but how do I force the display of the mega menu on mobile? this menu here: https://share.cleanshot.com/ZfQWmGkz
Hello, we changed the menu and nothing to do, the following code is still on all our language pages, example: https://youpi.news/nl/
the code is impossible to remove:
<!-- menu section -->
<div class="td-mobile-content">
<ul class=""><li class="menu-item-first">Click here - to use the wp menu builder </div>
We contacted wordpress and they confirmed that the problem came from the theme.

Hello @dlicoppe !
Yes, this code might me from our theme. We can take a look at this issue and investigate it. Contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin URL and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
Hello,
We have reinstalled WP and the theme, but it doesn’t make any difference. We have noticed that the following code is present only on all pages of the other languages and is not present in the original language. I have also made modifications to the header menus. Could you please let me know how we can resolve this?
At the moment, I cannot provide you with access because the last two times we gave you access, you deleted GDPR module settings that we had to restore, resulting in the loss of several hours. I had requested you to be careful, but you deleted RGPD data.
Therefore, I would like us to find a solution without having to give you access.
You can also view the source code of all pages in English, Italian, Spanish, German, and Dutch, and you will see that the above-mentioned code is present on all pages…

Hello @dlicoppe !
I’m sorry that you face those issues, but I’m sure that we do not delete the plugins of our clients. Anyway, I told you exactly where you could find the code. In the mobile viewport, for every menu, check if you’ve chosen the menu (check in the theme panel also).
Thank you!
Hello,
I would like to clarify that I never claimed that you had deleted a WordPress plugin. What I said was that the configuration of certain modules had been reset. This is probably because you deactivated the module (GDPR Cookie Compliance). By deactivating it, all custom settings are removed, in line with its operating mode. This has forced us to spend two hours reconfiguring each time.
Regarding the mobile menu, we have already fixed and changed it, but it has not altered the code; the problem still persists.
You talk about doing a “check in the theme panel also,” but where exactly should I look? There are many settings; which one could potentially generate these lines of code in the code?
Thank you for your invaluable assistance.
Best regards.
Hello @dlicoppe !
Ok. Once again, if you have this element on the pages, please choose a menu from here: https://prnt.sc/3Uv47zBB-zpz or delete it like this: https://prnt.sc/gDPHSDDfCSbH
Finally, the code will disappear. In the theme panel settings, make sure you did not set any style: https://prnt.sc/eS7jx2yCC8OR
Please check every page in the tagdiv Composer, any language page and viewport.
I hope that helps you and you can solve your issue!
Thank you!
Hello,
Regarding this: https://prnt.sc/eS7jx2yCC8OR, it was already okay.
For the first problem, that is to say, making modifications, I don’t see the same thing as you on my screen. Which cloud template should I open? And where can I see the “mobile menu” as you show it on the screen? Could you show me this via a screen capture video as I don’t have the same display as you?

Thank you for your help.
